Submitting a claim and being approved for disability benefits from the Social Security Administration is a multi-step process that can be both challenging and confusing.

Only about one-third of claims are approved at the initial level and must be appealed within 60 days of the date of your denial notice. Having a qualified disability representative help navigate your claim through the complexities of the disability determination process will make your experience less frustrating.
